Our mission is to raise awareness to adoptions in Kentucky.

KYAdopt.org wants to make sure everyone knows there are choices. In our opinion, the best senerio for a child is to be raised with their loving birth family. However, when that isn't possible, there are choices. We want to encourage any birth mother faced with difficult decisions to speak with someone in authority or a family or clergy member.

Leigh Shapiro-Walton at Heart to Home Adoption can also be a great source to help through tough times by explain all available options.

KYAdopt.org hopes to continue bringing awareness to the alternative of adoption, either for birth parents faced with tough decisions or to prospective adoptive families that want to open their hearts to a new family member.
